From front desk to Doctor friendly and knowledgeable, office very clean.
i love this doctor. i enjoy going to her BUT the portal appointment is a nightmare. calling is a nightmare. today i had to ask someone to bring me because i hurt my back. called THREE times to confirm ..on my part . get there NO APPOINTMENT> and the girl was horrible .. she had no compassion at all. IF i did not show i would be charged and not allowed BACK. they tried to do that to me once even after i cancelled DAYS before. great doctor. horrible office.
Dr Parasher and her staff are very professional and efficient. Her appointments tomes are kept within a couple minutes, either early or running just a few minutes late. She helped me with my dx and treatment. I'm very grateful for her help. Thank you Dr. Parasher and staff.
I saw Dr. Parasher to inquire about surgery for nasal polyps. Although she had my CT scan on her laptop, she squirted Afrin and Lidocaine into my nostrils without explaining what she was doing and why. I told her that I had a sensitivity to Lidocaine. She was very dismissive about my concern. After the visit, I had a pounding headache and nausea. She was negligent with the standard medical practice of informing the patient before performing a procedure. I would not recommend Dr. Parasher.
