Great company with qualified, professional staff and technicians. The technician quickly assessed the A/C system, clearly presented all options and the pros and cons to each option to address the getting the unit back to an operational state. There was no high pressure sales pitch to upgrade or have work done. It was like having a trusted family member letting you know what the real deal is with the malfunctioning unit. I called and told them exactly what was wrong with my unit - they sent a tech out on 6/24/22 - he confirmed exactly what I knew. I was told they would look for the part and call me back! To date I have heard nothing? Also - was charged $85 diagnostic fee - even though I told them exactly what the problem was! It's been 1 week and a day and it's still not repairs and no one has followed up.
