I have been patient for a few years. Was very sick 2 weeks ago, so I went in. To make a long story short, I waited for about 1/2 hour in waiting room, when a lady walked in, waited about 3 minutes and was called back. The others in the lobby said this made the second person who got bumped in front of them (the first bumped in front of me). I went to receptionist and ask about it....rudely she said...."I only register patients." After waiting another 45 minutes, I went up and told receptionist I had another appt. billing is awful... don't bill insurance properly an then only received 1 bill an called insurance about why it was so much an was told it was how it was billed so called Shriver billing they said it is what it is it was my copay ...lol . I don't have a copay. Then called an Shriver was a real rude because I had been to my Family Dr for surgery release... I really liked her except for billing until she acted so rude ...I don't know anyone who only has 1 doctor anymore....
