Last time we waited nearly 3 hours for our simple follow up. Another follow up today and we are 45 minutes into the wait. Child missing school, no regard to our families full schedule... I think it’s unacceptable. To make matters worse there is a sign posted in registration detailing the penalty for being late to your appointment. Where is the sign explaining the policy for being disrespected by the hospital and being made to wait hours?? We made a mistake when we chose Shriners.
