We are locals and go to shrimp snack all the time. Ordinarily the food is great and so are the prices. Yesterday, the food and the service was lacking. I ordered the mahi sandwich and it tasted foul. I had the 2other people at the table try the mahi to confirm it wasn't right before I mentioned anything to the server. When I complained to the server she wanted to argue with me and acted like I have never eaten gulf mahi and it's supposed to taste that way. My family dined here last night for the second time while visiting family in Fort Myers. We had a fantastic experience. The food was delicious, the service was top notch and the environment was delightful! We look forward to returning!!
We ate at the Shrimp Shack last night, and everything was wonderful! The customer service was top notch, and the food was amazing! Fried shrimp was fantastic, and my wife got the coconut shrimp which was also great! Can't wait to visit again!
'Date lunch' with my bride. She had the New England Fish and Chips and my Coconut Shrimp was excellent! Been dining here since 2005 and it's still one of my favorite SWFl restaurants..
I give 5 stars for excellent food, service and cleanliness. I absolutely love this place and never miss an opportunity to have a wonderful fresh meal here!
