This place was great. We were down here to watch our Grandson play baseball. Looking for a place that had fried grouper. It was great. I got the grouper sandwich. A every large portion with fries only $12.99. It was excellent. Local own and operated.
First time and we loved it!!! The food was great. Nice flavor with some kickin cocktail sauce. Also liked how clean everything was and the workers were really cleanning all the time. Definitely impressed.
I ordered whole bellied clams and what I was served were tiny well done pieces of clams.. maybe there were 4 bellies using a magnifying glass !! The manager was not even nice about my complaint..and said I had eaten some... and this shipment was smaller clams ! Why would anyone serve well done shrivel up pieces of clams ,and if they are smaller they should not have been cooked so long to make them well done. WE WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE ! I do not recommend this restaurant !
I'm only giving it a 3 because of an experience we had today. Normally the food and service is excellent but today, both my husband and my brother in law ordered a platter that included some scallops. After eating the first two or three, which were delicious, when they ate the next one, it had a very strange, ammonia taste to it.
