Great food and service consistently for decades. Poboy and gumbo is my regular order. Thank Jeff for paying a personal visit to our table.
Food was good but cashier had the personality of a dead duck!
One of the best values for the dollar in Galveston. We've brought several out-of-town guests here through the years and reaction is always positive. Friendly staff goes out of their way to make sure you enjoy your experience. If something is wrong they take care of it right away, no questions asked.
VETERAN'S DISCOUNT. I already liked this place, and they spotted my hat. Thanks. The people always treat you so well. This place is so good, the Sea Aggies take their freshman there during the week they are learning traditions (before school starts). Three things to be perfect: (1) Coke, not Pepsi (2) cut the onion rings thinner (hard to describe, just too much of it, maybe smaller oinons?) Overpriced for portion size, tasted like prepackaged stuff, better stuff on the island for the cost, not same as the old days
