If you can go ANYWHERE else, you should! First you will wait 45 mins past appointment time! Then they will scam you out of money! After running test and finding nothing wrong they will run more test to run up your bill! Tell you it’s one price and then send you a bill for 3x the amount! My experience with Dr Clemons was very poor. Went to get an exam after my vision had deteriorated. She did the exam, made me a prescription and gave me a list of ways to keep my eyes clean and clear. The prescription did not help my vision very much at all, so I went back a few months later. The timely removal of Dr.Clemons and her negligence would be the greatest improvement that clinic would ever see.
Always a friendly event. Good folks and good care by folks who do care. Eyes are important to us all and it is especially a blessing to get helped by folks who understand an address our concerns and worries with comforting, factual care and advice. None better!
I called twice, both times the receptionist was rude and refuse service. She told me that I was not allowed to pay cash for exam or glasses

Rude staff. Dry personalities from Doctors. Do not go out of their way to show adequate service to the patients during check-in. Lady at the front desk made me feel like I was bothering her while asking questions about insurance and what services they offer.

Some of the desk staff is very rude and have an attitude over a simple matter that needs to be corrected with all the staff to fully inform the patients of what is needed when they come in (specifically updated cards if they have them and if not let them know to have them or request them beforehand).
