Samantha Strange, LPC a counselor in Shreveport, LA. She specializes in counseling. To me; she’s an stupid unhelpful WITCH. Everytime i’m talking to her,she rolls/slant her eyes to the left or to the right which is freaking disrespectful. This person tries to put words into my mouth that is not true which is a problem; and she talks over me while i’m talking, so rude. Not surprised. All they care about is numbers, not clients. They certainly don't care about the employees any more than they do clients. They had a massive exodus of employees because of this and, for the most part, can no longer attract quality people to work there.
After waiting from 1130 am to 3 pm I finally get in for my first appointment to see a person who receives new clients. She then just turned to a pile of papers and said " ok do you can go here, here or here" and when I informed her I wanted to make an appointment at this facility she said " oh no, you have to go somewhere else, we're much too busy".
