I have been seeing Karly since January, 2026 for EMDR treatment. I have been in and out of cognitive/talking therapy my entire adult life. I was at the point that I knew and understood my recurring issues from a “head”/cognitive perspective but I continued to struggle with connecting my head knowledge with my heart/soul self. I have been going to this office for over a year and it is a great office. I see Karly and i have met one of the other therapist. They work with you and you can explain and say what every you need to. I highly recommend this office.
I've been seeing Dr. Karly Shreders for EMDR treatment for cPTSD since February. She's been greatly encouraging and supportive. I feel safe and I'm making progress I couldn't even dream of before. The billing and scheduling is automatic and smooth. The only thing to pay attention to is that their offices are in two separate buildings. The business plaza location can catch you off guard driving down on a long long busy boulevard, so look for the blue sign in the photo.
