It’s been 3 years at Shredd and I still love it. I’ve historically used personal trainers but this works just as well- multiple trainers watching form, all the same weights and similar programs, but outside with friends and no gym membership. Way cheaper too. The best part is the head trainer Jules. When life’s tough and I can’t get there as often he checks in and encourages me but never pressures me. It makes training much more sustainable.
Jules is a beautiful human. Best outdoor fitness class I’ve been to. Would highly recommend for all.
I’ve been training with Shredd Glebe for almost two years and it’s honestly one of the best Inner West outdoor fitness experiences around. The sessions are well structured, challenging, and suitable for all fitness levels. Coach Jules is incredibly down to earth and creates a really welcoming environment. He pushes you to do your best while keeping the sessions fun and supportive, which makes it easy to stay consistent and motivated.
