Despite what the website says and despite what they tell you on the phone, this site is only open 10-1 on Fridays (if that!) and they do not shred hard disks! They need to change their website and the people who answer the phone have to be better informed!! I wasted two hours if my time driving to find this out.
Easy to find right off 95. Michelle was extremely courteous, professional, and helpful. Kindly informed me of an easier, more affordable way to access their services. She is a keeper! Easy ramp to off load the documents. Fast and affordable. Would highly recommend!
Shred-it/Stericycle is a great place to work if you like being challenged. Sales teams are very serious, about giving our customer the best service at the best rate. We truly take the security of customers documents, and confidential document destruction seriously. Great work environment for like minded people. I would recommend if your have integrity, an alpha personality, and are self motivated. What are you waiting for. Come and test your self against the industries best sales people.

Worst Customer Service I have EVER received! I too wouldn't give any stars if I could. I called this company on Monday 04/02 and asked to schedule a one time purge for that week. I spoke with Krystal Luxon of their Inside Sales team. I explained to her that it was imperative that I found a shredding company who could do the shredding that week, as we were doing an office move. She assured me that would not be a problem.
