Gustavo did an excellent job getting me back on the road as quickly and professionally as he could. He wasted no time getting set up swapping out 2 trailer tires and before I knew it, he was done. Thanks Gustavo, time is money and you wasted none of mine.
I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Shrader Tire. It took an entire business day just to get a price for an oil change — something that should take minutes. Under the new management, everything moves painfully slow. Every step feels like an overly complicated procedure that requires multiple business days just to get a quote, and then several more days to actually get the work done.
