Made appt online for full set Lashes, Showed up for appt at 9:50 for an appt @10:00 No one there, @10:10 Employee pulls up but not for lashes, she calls the lady ,I heard her say she forgot to check messenger for online appts and could I reschedule ! My answer was No ! My time is important too ! Very Unprofessional ! 😡
