We just bought a used camper with a SEA shower enclosure that isn't operating well due to corrosion. I found their website, emailed my replacement part needs and was answered the following day! Traico was such so helpful! With their help, parts were identified, shipped and received within a week. I honestly didn't expect to even hear back when I sent my inquiry! Great folks, who are happy to support their superior products.
Traico provides absolute top-tier customer service! When dealing with camper maintenance, finding the right parts and solutions can be a headache, but working with him made the entire process seamless. He initially went out of his way to help me track down the exact components I needed for our camper shower. Saw their curved shower door in a new camper and immediately wanted it for my rig. Did some digging and found SEA was the manufacturer. Emailed their customer service address and worked with Traico who was extremely helpful in my purchase of the entire door and an extra curtain for the future. Pricing is very fair and the quality of their products is top notch. Far superior product to the roll up shower door that came with my camper. Thank you for great customer service and a quality product!
No one answers the phone, no info on their website, website categories don't work, no email. Strange business
