We hired GTO to help us renovate a patio (build a drain, install a sump pump & build a counter top with built in grill). Right before the installation I was told that their grill distributor "was out of business" and they added a comparable grill to the project at 2x the price ($1,500 > $3,000). Called and emailed them about irrigation blowouts. The promptly responded (both in email and by phone) to let me know they didn't offer that service, but gave me the name/number of someone who did. Sadly, this qualifies as over-performing in my book. Nowadays it's rare that a contractor/service provider would take the time to even respond to an inquiry that doesn't benefit them.
