BUYER BEWARE!!! Purchased a vehicle from this dealership July 2022 and its been a nightmare after since. The vehicle was faulty and was taken in for service multiple times. I returned the car and keys back to the dealership. Horrible communication and follow up. Didnt do as they said and knowingly submitted our finance paperwork with a higher than agreed upon interest rate.
Ive negotiated multiple new and used car deals. I have experience and I know what to expect. But Showcase Honda was a whole new experience.Both the new and used salespeople plus our finance guy, although friendly and receptive at first, ended up being corrupt and massively lacking in integrity.
