BUYER BEWARE!!! Purchased a vehicle from this dealership July 2022 and its been a nightmare after since. The vehicle was faulty and was taken in for service multiple times. I returned the car and keys back to the dealership. Bad business practices with this company.(vehicle was never sold or purchased back from me just hidden in storage) I have filed a complaint with the *************************

Horrible communication and follow up. Didnt do as they said and knowingly submitted our finance paperwork with a higher than agreed upon interest rate.

Ive negotiated multiple new and used car deals. I have experience and I know what to expect. But Showcase Honda was a whole new experience.Both the new and used salespeople plus our finance guy, although friendly and receptive at first, ended up being corrupt and massively lacking in integrity. We are still dealing with the crummy finance agreement they made with us even though we paid off our vehicle on the spot because we could see we were going to have nothing but problems with the dealership and with ******************, The lowest of the low financial institutions. They threw us to the dogs so to speak just to get rid of us.I shared my experience via email with all five people I worked with. None of them responded.

I have purchased multiple new and used vehicles over the years and have found Showcase Honda to be the most unethical, dishonest and incompetent dealership Ive ever dealt with.??I recently purchased a certified preowned 2016 Honda Fit for my daughter. After talking numbers we learned that the car needed to have a catalytic converter installed and would not be available to take possession for **** days. She really liked the car and the carfax was very clean so we proceeded with the purchase. ??2 weeks passed with no updates from Showcase service or sales staff. My calls and text went unanswered for days or I sat on hold for 20 minutes waiting for the incompetent service advisor. When I did get an update it was always that the part is released and will be here in a few days. ??After going through this for SEVEN weeks I returned in person to Showcase to try to get a straightforward answer as to when our part will arrive. After watching our incompetent service advisor fumble around on the phone and walk in circles for 30 minutes, we were asked to follow him and he wordlessly walked us to the sales area and walked away(incompetent and spineless). We were then informed that the part was, in fact, not on its way and they have no idea when it will arrive. ??We were given the option to choose another vehicle off the lot or cancel the contract, of course having to wait a week for the return of my $5000 down payment. So, my question is, had I not personally walked in looking for an answer, when would Showcase have informed me that it was going to be months before we got the vehicle we already making payments on? ?Second problem with Showcase. When we purchased the vehicle and were in financing I found that the price of the vehicle was $3000 more than the agreed upon price. When inquired about the discrepancy I was informed that this fee was for intangible and non-negotiable options and was added to all Showcase sales. Beware of this unethical business practice at Showcase. In fact, AVOID Showcase Honda completely.

I have a three year old car and have spent over $3500 on maintenance in that time. Service Advisors are very pushy and rude. Quality of work is sub par, if done at all. During my most recent visit I chatted with the service advisor before the visit: inspection only, let me know the recommended repairs so I can make the decision on repairs. After inspection, advisor says they already performed some repairs, costing $500. After receiving the car back, the hood was unlatched, nothing looked repaired and a new check engine light was on. A sales person was aggressively pressuring me the entire visit to trade my car in for a new one. This place is a waste of time and money. You will get pushed around and treated with disrespect. They will take your money.

Recently inquired about a used vehicle for sale and used their chat on the website about this specific vehicle and I was told someone in sales would reach out to me. I was first reached out to by James M******* which then handed me off to Cristobal "Cris" Z*****. Seeing as I am 5+ hours away in another state I had to everything via phone or email. I spent an entire day going back and forth with Cris. he recommended I use my bank for financing which I was not able to do so until the weekend arrived. This happened on a Thursday. I messaged Cris about a potential trade in I had Thursday night when I got home and after that I did not hear from him again. I called Friday and even sent multiple messages and did not receive a single reply from Cris. PJ reached out to me via email Saturday asking if I needed any help and I relayed to him what happened and he said he would look into this further for me, come to find out the vehicle was sold I am guessing Friday or Saturday morning which is why James or Cris did not want to get back to me. Talk about a shady a$$ dealership and sales staff to deal with. PJ, based on the small amount of time you helped me goes a long way which is truly appreciated and it's unfortunate the rest of the sales staff like Cris is this bad. Save your time and look elsewhere.

This company is so deceitful. I reported a complaint online. Posted a bad review of how I was treated. I was answered to call customer service manager, I did. We spoke for a few minutes. Lindsay V*** is her name! She said she would call the next day with a resolution to help. And never did. It’s been a month, I have called and left countless of voicemails. Never got a single response back. I got a hold of her today (one month later) she said she would call back again 30 mins later. I knew it wasn’t true. So I said ok. And of course, I was right. Never got a callback. They have such manipulative people working here. Would not recommend this place at all!!!

I approached this dealer online about a vehicle they had listed at a certain price, supposedly a base model. After getting a return call from William G**** on the phone and expressing interest, I began realizing it was the ideal vehicle I had been looking for. I began asking technical questions about features to verify the truck would work for me. I was then put on with Robert S********. As we talked he started saying things like he didn't know base models could have this and that, he realized that it was probably not a base. Still I told him I was interested in making a deposit and to let me call right back to move some money around for this $1K+ deposit. He said sure and gave him his own personal number and said, and I quote, "You know we are gonna be great friends, right?" So I give a call back in less than an hour, and no response. Text him, email, sent responses to the general manager PJ A**** who sent an e-mail to ask about level of service while I had been talking to Robert. I also called the front desk and expressed specifically that he had said he was ready to take my deposit. They said they would get back to me because he was away from his desk. All these lines of communication and suddenly there was radio silence. Finally I get the e-mail several hours later from PJ. The truck has been sold. I was frustrated but moved on to try to discover other options. That night, as I keep up my nightly scan of available trucks routine. And lo and behold, what do I find? The truck they told me was sold.....LISTED AT A HIGHER PRICE! Almost $1.4K more. They took the info I asked about features and used it to raise the price. I am not one to often leave scathing negative reviews. But how I was mislead and used in this process was the absolute nightmare and anti-thesis of how a customer should be treated. My only solace is that the true colors of all involved were revealed before actually making any purchase, saving any financial commitment to a dealership whose sole bottom line is 100% their bottom line. I hope the $1.4K of profit was worth the price of a negative review. Your business is the reason people have such disdain for the car purchase process.

As soon as I drove my car off the lot it started having problems. All the tires had to be replaced and I only had it 4 months. The engine started leaking oil and needs a gasket seal and valve covers. The headlight went out. I took it in for my free oil change. I was refused service bc I have a blow device in my vehicle. They didn’t want to blow into it bc they are afraid they will get Coronavirus from me. I escalated and talked to Jerry the GM and he was very rude to me. He treated me terribly bc I was upset and raised my voice at his service department. He had security surroundingme!!! Very bad customer service and they sell bad cars.
