manager cartman(?) is evil and rude. overheard her yelling at and berating what seemed to be their own employee in front of customers. how foul. this same employee however was so kind to me and very helpful with finding me the perfect labubu for my style. unfortunate they dont get the respect they deserve.
Employees are quite rude, it appeared like they had a bad day or something.. but not a positive experience.
Cashier managed to overcharge my wife on some toys. When my wife brought this to her attention the worker acted as if this was a huge inconvenience for them to fix the charge. Is fixing your own mistakes a problem now? Everyone knows Showcase is overpriced already there's no reason we should be paying extra and be rude about it. Hire better staff with your profits.
I went in today and the sales associate was so rude and unfriendly. Her attitude is absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable for retail. I agree with all the other negative reviews that the staff are not helpful and deliver extremely poor customer service. Their prices for Labubus are completely overpriced and ridiculous.
