I second the review made 2 years ago, if I could give them 0 stars, I would. This is one of the worst office that I've ever been to. The women working the front desk are completely incompetant and rude! Had to call them 5 different times just to get a prescription sent, one lady got rude with me over the phone like I was being annoying but it turns out she didn't even send over what she was supposed to in the first place even after she lied and said that she did. I would leave 0 starts if possible I don’t even know where to start with this place. I will begin with the workers at the front desk. They are so unresponsive and literally just sit there talking so much that they forget to give me my right paperwork 90% of the time, just paperwork alone. They can’t get my information right and don’t bother to follow up on anything after you get attended.
