No sense of time. I made a reservation for 1:30 pm and I couldn’t get my booking start until 2 pm and still waiting. Others with later appointments were attended before me. Sitting like this for the last 15 mins. Am i still expected to tip??
My aunt and I walked in for the hydrotherapy hair spa. Mandy was the one who provided my service - we loved it; it was so relaxing, we both fell asleep. The service is around $69 - lasts about an hour and includes a back massage and scalp massage + shampoo/conditioner. Will be going back!
The boss does not have anywhere to give technicians individual Venmo tips. I find that to be odd, and worry the tips would not be given out fairly. The sanitation was not where it should be (not good to “wash” the tools with my dirty foot bath water). I was in a rush and thought it would be fine, but won’t be coming here again even if I need something urgent Note: the girl who did my pedicure was very sweet and nice and did a good job in general

I got a gel manicure for the first time here last week and it was the worst manicure I have ever gotten in my entire life. I cant speak for the entire staff, but the nail tech Lili was extremely rude to me. She rushed the appointment and cut me on both of my hands so badly that they bled & she was not apologetic at all.
