I had to take time off work to accept delivery. They called me at 1:30 5/13 and said they'd be there w/i the hour. They weren't. I called at or around 2:20 to find out if they were close since I was cutting it close. They didn't answer. I called again about 2:35 (while they were 5 minutes late) and the guy explained that he was still 40 minutes out. I told him I couldn't wait and had to get back to work so he could leave it at the door or reschedule a delivery for 5/16 after 1pm. He said he'd have "them" give me a call to sc... read more

THEY DO NOT HAVE GOOD CUSTMER SERVICE THERE. I WILL NOT USE THEM AGAIN. TELL PEOPLE TO STAY AWAY FROM THEM
