Garrett was very helpful stayed late after hours to accommodate my schedule. Let me test drive car by myself without someone looking over my shoulder. Gave me a loaner for the night while new car was being detailed.
Purchased a used truck from Show Me Auto Mall and my salesman Derrick was very friendly and helpful. He made purchasing the vehicle very easy; even staying an hour after closing to help me finish up with my purchase. Snoop was awesome! We ran into a little bit of an issue with the 1st car I had picked out from the north store. It didn’t have an important option another sales guy ( from the other store )told me it had. Even after getting the same car but lower miles they were able to keep me in my payment range. I feel like I got a better deal anyway! We went down and got the car immediately! Super great service ! Super friendly! Super happy customer! Thanks Snoop!
