RecommendedI dread going to a dealership - new or used - to buy a vehicle. Terry Graves changed that for me today. After inspecting and driving the vehicle, he asked me what I thought. I found some mechanical discrepancies and showed them to him. He agreed to fix them before delivery AND put it in writing. He also made it clear that the quoted price on TrueCar was the price. It was a fair deal and no haggling was required. Thank goodness. Thanks Terry.

I was lied to, told that I was pre-approved, drove a hour and a half to get there and was only then told I needed a big down payment, I told them my circumstances before I made the drive, I definitely will not go back to that dealership, I could get a new car for less down with a lower payment

they run crap ads and offer things they have no intention of following. I had an appointment with one person and ended up dealing with someone else. then the salesman I was dealing with told me one thing and I spoke to a manager and the manager said the exact opposite.
