2019 Ford Edge Had the vehicle in for service. Was in a bit of a hurry and mentioned this to MacKenzie. She bent over backwards to have this and the tire rotation done in less than 1 hour. I can't thank her enough for such great, personal service. I will definitely be back every time this vehicle needs attention. Thanks MacKenzie !
Owner Guy Hatch and Farron Upon my key fob breaking after hours of the dealership I went in was immediately taken to parts and it was ordered. The next day it was in Guy and Farron were very helpful.
Highly satisfied customer I've been a Show Low Ford customer for more than ten years. When I stop in to look at new inventory/purchase a vehicle/ get parts or have a service appointment, I am frequently greeted by the owner and members of his team. They go out of the way to make you feel like family.

Stay Away from purchasing a used vehicle from them Buyer Beware, do not buy used vehicles from SLF. They do not service them.....not even an oil change. They lied to me about doing an oil change and even put a sticker for the next oil change due. The Vehicle displayed Oil at 1% Change Soon with 2 weeks of driving it off the lot. Never got an inspection report even after requesting one.
