Do I have to 'SHOUT' it out?? – First of all, for all those who have said something negative about this place, must be homebodies, or just insociable. Not only is the decor beautiful, the atmosphere and lighting is romantic in itself. Chef Ian Winslade's menu is so diverse, absolutely everyone can be satisfied. Pizzas, sandwiches, strips, sushi, hen, even - chicken!!! It's a great cocktail or singles mingle type scene. The bartenders are efficient and curtious, and OH..MY.. the cocktail girls are to die for!!:) All I have to... read more
Great meal on a weeknight;) – I was staying at the Sheraton on a Wednesday before the Atlanta Marathon/Half Marathon and wanted to find somewhere to grab some carbs. I walked around Colony Square and bumped into this place literally by accident. I ventured inside and found the circular bar and grabbed a bar stool. Waited on promptly by "Ed" and ordered a build your own pizza while watching television. The pizza arrived in about 10 minutes, and I could see it cooking in the stone oven from the bar. The pizza was a thin crust,... read more
All I can say is AWESOME! – Tom has done it again! With the help Of Dave A, David and Tim! This place is is by far one of my favorites. Everyone is very friendly and inviting, the atmosphere is amazing whether you want it to be a romantic dinner for 2 in the Cabana or a group of friends. In any of the Here to Serve Restaurants ie Prime, Twist, Goldfish they have the best Sushi in Atlanta! I can not wait to see what they have up their sleeves next with the new restaurant Strip opening in Atlantic Station! Soon we wil Twist, S... read more
Beauty is only skin deep – We went to Shout after a matinee at the Alliance Theatre. Wasn't really busy at that time, so service was prompt and attentive. The food, however, was less than exemplary. So so sangria, ok lobster tail, dry salmon and tough NY strip. Server was good about replacing our selections and threw in a dessert which, unlike the food, was excllent. We caught a couple of the bussers who were making salads, fixing drinks, etc. scratching heads and noses. I loved the decor and dessert, but a pretty place and ... read more
this place was terrible – The only good thing about this place is that we practically sat next to Tommy Lee. Other than that, the food was PLAIN, the service was AWFUL, you could barely see your hand right in front of you (b/c it was SO DIMLY LIT), and the place was so expensive! I will never go there again.
Crazy but Fun – I took some out of town friends to Shout on a Friday night. At first we were overwhelmed by the huge crowd, but once we adjusted to the night club vibe we had a good time. The biggest surprise was the food. For a place that's this crowded and this popular, you'd expect the food to suffer. However, Shout delivers excellent food that would put many Buckhead restaurants to shame. Prosciutto was some of the best I've had in ATL. Short ribs were excellent and the brick oven pizzas were solid. Service is so-so. Tho... read more
User review by atlantafoodie – Awful spot. Bad food, long car line, no parking. Its new but the only thing that was nice was the outdoor bar -- the restaurant already looks tired.
It has it's appeal – We didn't hate it. We had a group of 8 trendy 20-somethings and went on Saturday around 9 PM. Downstairs dining is dark and loud. The food was highly overpriced for the tapas style portions. Our waitor had attitude. Didn't notice many pretty people like everyone says. The highlight was sitting two talbes away from Tommy Lee and his entourage. My suggestion - don't go here to eat. Upstairs is the real attraction. Try to grab a cabana table (only serves sushi) and sip drinks on the rooftop.
Fun!!! – I have visted Shout on numerous occasions and it has never been on a Saturday night. I can't speak for the party goers, but my service has always been excellent, my food has been out of this world, and the appearance of the restaurant is awe inspiring. You can get lost in your party's conversation, or get lost in the "goings-on" around you. My servers have been well educated on the menu as well as the wine list. Shout is one of my favorite restaurants in the city.
Shout has a 3.9 star rating with 186 reviews.
Shout is closed now. It will open at 11:00 a.m.
