The staff is TERRIBLE! Insurance paperwork is filled out and submitted on a random basis, the people you need to talk with personally never take phone calls so you always have to leave a message and they are not-at-all prompt about calling back, and they don't alert you when you've gotten approval from your insurance carrier. When you have a knee or shoulder injury, the pain can be horrific, and the last thing you want to do is wait longer for treatment because the staff wasn't on top of things.
