I drove 500 miles for my follow up appointment to schedule my shoulder surgery. My appointment was at 8AM but I never received a reminder so I forgot. On the day of my appointment I called their office right at 8AM to ask when my appointment was an they said 8AM. I told them I could be there in 5-10 minutes and they abruptly and ignorantly told me no. I reminded them that I drove 500 miles for this appointment and that I was in pain. I had a Reverse Shoulder replacement a year ago. Dr. Cox did a fantastic job, and has the most caring staff with Kelly & Debbie.
Dr. Cox is a wonderful surgeon. He explained everything throughly and gave me real expectations for recovery time and how close I would be to normal after the surgery. His office staff is phenomenal and very knowledgeable and kind. They truly care about their patients and what’s best for them.
First of all, Dr Wesley Cox is hands down the "Guru of Shoulders"!!! He has incredible technique and a bedside/office manner that is the best I have ever experienced! I have had zero complications. His office staff is friendly, helpful and so easy to work with! if you need shoulder work...look no further than Dr Cox!

Dr. Cox did a great job with my reverse. Had it now for over a year and Dr Cox and the staff are terrific. If I had to do it all over again, I would.
