Went here for dinner, server took our drink order and when my fiancee's Pepsi arrived it was almost clear. When we asked her for a different drink she replaced it but didn't take our food order. We waited almost 20 minutes for her to come back but she never did so I paid for the drinks at the bar and we left. She walked by the table several times but chose not to take our order. Very unsatisfying experience and we will definitely not be going back there.
Love the place, it's laid back , huge selection of liquor, great food specials, just be diligent the area isn't the greatest, definitely wouldn't go there after sunset.
The food at Shotz Bar & Grille is absolutely delicious, and that’s the only reason I’m giving this place any credit. Unfortunately, the older bartender/barmaid was extremely rude and seemed miserable the entire time. Her attitude was completely unnecessary and made us feel unwelcome from the moment we walked in. Every interaction felt like we were bothering her. A simple smile or basic kindness would have gone a long way, but instead we were met with attitude and poor customer service.
