Loved it, Justina was personable and fabulous and so was the DOCTOR! BONUS, the Vet gave us tips on our dogs care, especially for the HEAT this season.
Shotvet, not PetSmart. This company is grossly overpriced, and the vans are manned by unprofessional CSRs. They charge 65.00 for a 3 year canine rabies... most animal shelters do them for 5.00-15.00. If it were professionally run, the convenience MIGHT be worth it. I had an appointment, for my pet and the stop at our local PetSmart was canceled, moments before the arranged time, by text. I was already there, was not given any explanation or offered any apology. Instead, I was greeted with annoyance, eye rolls and rudeness.
