I love the warm and comfortable feel of this dealership. I didn't feel the high pressure I've felt elsewhere, and my salesperson was very knowledgeable and made the buying experience seem easy and fun!
I just bought a Grand Cherokee Overland from these guys and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Scott was my salesman and within minutes I felt like I had known him for years. Very personable and knowledgeable about the cars and process. Robby handled my trade in and I felt like what he gave me was very reasonable. Ryan in the service department was phenomenal. My purchase wouldn't have been "Possible" without him. Definitely felt like family there. Highly recommend!

Took my Winnebago View (Dodge Sprinter chassis) in for the Airbag recall. My service advisor, Steven Thorpe, was prompt, courteous and kept me informed of the progress. I was in and out of there in much less time than I expected. So, thank you Steven for getting me in and out quickly. And thank you Shottenkirk for making it easy to get this recall taken care of.

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. Bought my car here, which was a miserable experience, and they threw in 3 free oil changes. Got the first two done and magically they have no record of this when I come in to get the third one done. Told me its my responsibility to bring the contract despite it never being an issue and I was told it was "in the system". Management is the typical greaseball car sales-type. Service people blamed sales, sales blamed prior management...blah blah blah. Will never be dealing with these chump... read more
I will never waste any time going to Shottenkirk Jeep ever again. We took a Jeep there for an airbag recall (with an appt). They kept it a day and a half, then called and said they didn't have the part. Also said it needed a serpentine belt to the tune of $220! NOT!!! They told us they would order the part and call when available - never called. Also, two other places stated the serpentine belt was fine. Called AGAIN to see if part was in and was told they would call back - again no call! Went to Jasper Jeep and was repaired... read more
Our salesman was Greg. He was great. Not pushy at all, and listened to what I wanted and got straight to the point. He was very patient with the fact that I had to car shop with my one year old. The other salesmen were friendly as well. Purchased a 2016 Journey , and couldn't be happier
Bought 2 cars from here and salesman that we used was Darrell. He is very good at what he does. Had some issues with the car I purchased, and they couldn't figure out what the issue was even though it was a dodge! Service is a joke and they barely remember to reset maintenance light and put a sticker.
