My experience was awesome. I came straight in and the guy behind the counter knew exactly what I was looking for by the way I described the feel I wanted out of a pistol. Plus being left handed my options were limited really but needless to say after 10 minutes I walked out with my new Ruger 1911 framed 9 mm. And it's exactly what I wanted and it's amazing. Friendly and knowledgeable folks. If you are not sure what you want, they will help. Great prices. I wanted a particular firearm. It was difficult to get and two other gun shops wanted above MSRP because it was hard to get. Bought it at Shotgun less than MSRP. My last four purchases from here.
