It sucks. They run a happy hour special and you are lucky to get a drink in that hour when it isnt busy.
It took awhile to get our food, but when the food came it was AMAZING! Absolutely delicious!
We went for the shuttle to AC/DC. We spent about 4 hours there before going to the show. Four friends met us and had drinks too, even though they weren't taking the shuttle from Sally's. I'd guess between the 6 of us we may have spent $200. So then we leave for the concert, having paid $15/each for the ride and two free drink tickets. The shuttle ride was smooth both ways. I'm sorry your experience wasn't a great one when you returned, I can assure you that the owner was not here so that is clearly not true. We did get extremely busy after the concert and sometimes things don't go exactly as planned, we do apologize for that. It was my first time there last night coming from the twin cities we had a blast bringing the line dancing to your area. Thanks for having Devon Worley and the back road kickers there! Hope to come back in the future!

Slow service . Waited over an hour for service and finally left. As if there was not enough help.
Was there for an hour and wasn't served or asked if we needed anything. Was ignored pretty much the whole time.
Terrible customer service. No one talked to us at all. We had to go up and talk to the staff if we needed anything. Unprofessional.
Great spot for entertainment and great bartenders.
