Never returned my phone call from last week, when I finally got ahold of them Monday of this week, they claimed they never got a call from me. He was very rude when I told him I'd change the rating I gave them since there seemed to be a miscommunication. He said quit threatening me, find another Plummer! Well I spent a lot of money with their company before, thousands actually. They wont ever get another call from me again!
This is a business which I have had extensive experience with on multiple levels for about the past 8 years. No matter what the job is, the owner Mike gives it his personal attention and is very straightforward about everything. There's never been a situation they could not handle.
