Went for my MIL 99 th bday and food was greasy and they offered no dessert for a 99 year old. The manager simply stated that they didn’t have 99 candle. Hello ..give her a piece of cake. We spent over $100 !!! The only consolation was our waiter. He was fab!!! I remembered why my husband and I don’t eat there
My margarita was great our waiter was great the food wasn't so great I had the catfish it didn't have a taste I'm from further south so I expect bomb fish. My boyfriend had the pull pork sandwich it tasted weird it didn't taste like BBQ period. The service and drinks are great though.
Still miss the NLR Shorty's so recently drove to LR. Really glad we did, the chicken fried steak was delicious and our server Jessie took great care of us. Will be back soon!
I'm from south Louisiana and I know good food. Great ribs, n great chicken fried steak. Will be back when in town. Very nice atmosphere.

Those fall off the bone ribs... are soooo good. Friendly Service & everything was delicious. Those 99 cent Mimosas are even better than some $9 ones I’ve had.
I enjoyed the fish, tenders and slaw.. My second time being here and i waa very pleased....
Waited over a hour for my food, and when my order finally came out (I cancelled it) it was wrong... food did not come out together waitress disappeared for 10-15 minutes at a time. While our other table had a good experience with their waitress our waitress was horrible
