It was the worst experience and we will never take our vehicles there again. They had my husband’s truck for seven weeks. They said they were replacing a sensor, pitman arm and traction baf and a U joint but after waiting all this time they only replaced a U joint and they couldn’t fix the issue with the speedometer like they said. I had to call them four times regarding the truck and they never followed up with me. The experience was terrible. They didn’t fix my husband’s truck and kept it for seven weeks . Now we still have to have someone fix it and it’s been a huge in convenience
Shorty Anderson's is the only place I would take my daughter's car while in Morgantown. They are honest, fair, and reliable. We trust them completely with her vehicle while she is far from home.
Had the best experience here today!!! Not only did they provide great service at a great price I now know where our Mountaineer can take his care for service. Being 3 hours away can make car repairs tricky. The staff is friendly and professional plus one of the cleanest garages I have ever seen.
Provides my daughter with expert, efficient, and reasonable services on her car. We trust them immensely. That is very important to us because our daughter is a college student in Morgantown and we live in New Jersey. Wouldn't take her car anywhere else.
