I used to go to Dr. Shorter a few years ago and realized she was not ready for the responsibility. She didn't read her charts, she always had one hand on the doorknob like she was ready to bolt the second you stopped talking and she's not a good listener. She doesn't call to give you the results of your tests and at the time she was not affiliated with any hospitals.
I have been going to this practice for about a year now and am very disappointed. I had a MRI and the results were never read and Dr never contacted me I had to see another Dr to find out I had an issue and needed medication and possible surgery!
