I was seen quickly. Nurse was very pleasant, and we had a good discussion. Dr. Shorter came in and we had a great discussion. She answered all of my questions and concerns. When I left I felt very confident that I'm getting the best care possible.
Every time I deal with this office I’m disappointed. I fasted, had my husband drive the kids to school, waited, and then had to leave because it took too long and I had to get to work.
Always educates me on my options. When needed, sends materials home with me. Listens intently to what I have to say. Decided not to move out of state, because I didn't want to lose her as my Doctor. That was huge! She is the best!

I am a new patient and I only had one visit with Dr. Shorter. She is a sweet, caring doctor but some of her staff are another story. I received a physical with bloodwork done in July 2020. I called numerous times for 7 months. Today February 3, 2021, I called again in an attempt to receive my results only to be told there's no record of my labs being done. Dr. Shorter is very patient and she takes time to really talk with you about your medical history and issues. She is very thorough!
Dr. Shorter is THE BEST Dr. in this world. She is extremely knowledgeable, cares about her patiemts, and will spend all the time it takes to answer your questions. Her professionalism is absolutely amazing. If you want first class health care and awesome patient (customer) service, she is top shelf!!!
I have been seeing Dr. Shorter for a year, and I have been so happy with her office. She’s always been thorough and never makes me feel like she is rushing through the appointment. When she switched me to a new medication, she answered all my questions and even made me aware of all the things I should know to look out for that could be problematic while on the medication. Her nurse is also extremely nice, and I’ve always had pleasant interactions with the rest of her staff.
Dr. Shorter is so personable and knowledgable and takes the time to really talk with you!
