6 am fire alarm with no communication from management. Another example of them continuously failing to address community wide issues (like break ins from earlier this year). Fire alarm is set way too loud and caused me to have a pounding headache and what seems like hearing damage from having to listen while exiting the building.
Front desk and maintenance are very nice and helpful
Our experience has been positive since moving in this August. However, we recently had a disappointing encounter. My daughter went to the front desk to ask about her medication delivery, showing the delivery photo as proof. Instead of offering assistance, the staff member dismissively said, “Just tell them it wasn’t delivered.” I was surprised by this attitude, as there was no attempt to help locate the package.
