Our experience has been positive since moving in this August. However, we recently had a disappointing encounter. My daughter went to the front desk to ask about her medication delivery, showing the delivery photo as proof. Instead of offering assistance, the staff member dismissively said, “Just tell them it wasn’t delivered.” I was surprised by this attitude, as there was no attempt to help locate the package. Move in experience is the best we’ve seen out of multiple between our two daughters. The property manager, Austin, seems to genuinely care for his residents as does the entire staff. This has confirmed for me that we chose the best possible option for our daughter. Thank you Austin and Shortbread Lofts team.
