Haven’t lived there in 2 years. All the sudden got a bill for the 1st time for $60. Saying if we didn’t pay asap it would go to collection. My dad called & he paid it immediately. Although we have no idea what it’s for. Got a notice today from the collection agency. What is going on with this place??? If it ruins our credit shortbread will face an attorney according to my dad.
Horrible staff , no help and don’t want to help. Bad vibes around the building .No parking numbers and the staff was making me feel that I am stupid that I don’t see numbers . I gave one star because the apartment have good appliance. That is it .
this place has horrible management and is completely unresponsive to client calls and requests. I have been trying to pay a bill for my daughter at this facility and have left six messages that have gone on return and find emails. It's ridiculous and no one ever answers the phone. After they responded to my note above, I left three additional messages which went completely unreturned as well. I don’t think anyone actually works here.

Shortbread Lofts is such a great place especially because of their staff!! Morgan Ellington has been nothing but helpful and kind as a leasing assistant! Made everything so smooth and easy!
