Hands down the best $30 spent all day! The owner was wonderful. Very professional and well organized. We will definitely be using this service again!
So glad I used this service. Great location in the middle of Manhattan allowed us to spend the day exploring before our flight. Alex had so many good recommendations. All the greatest hits plus less touristy suggestions as well. Called the other storage place but their customer service (not to mention website) could use an upgrade. Thank you Alex!
Great staff. Super friendly and helpful. All smiles. Secure check in process as well. Yes, you do have the 2 flight of stairs, which stinks with luggage but it's super convenient location wise and some exercise is always good! Definitely would use again.

Your service was so needed and affordable. Jessica was so courteous, she even helped us carry our heavy luggage up stairs. I could not recommend her highly enough. If there were ten stars she would have earned every single one of them. Reliable and secure STS is the way to go!
