I just have to thank this place for the incredibly nice treatment that me and my son got yesterday. We were met by a amazing woman and her beautiful smile, that offered customers help with their heavy bags "better than the gym training" she laughed happily. I will of course leave the bags here next time I visit NYC. After some days visit in NYC we can all need som stairclimbing to work of some calories. ��
Very good and friendly service and a very convenient way of leaving your luggage close to Penn station. The fact that there is no elevator might be a problem for some clients, but that is the only drawback. The company is very well run and the service is simple to use, this is the place to use.
Excelente servicio. Está MUY cerca de Penn Station con lo cual puedes ir a conocer a los alrededores o hacer tiempo en lo que realizas checkin o checkout de tu hotel / departamento. Tienes que subir unas escaleras pero en realidad por el precio, ubicación y servicio, vale la pena. :)

We had a fantastic experience with Short Term Stow. The service, price and location was EXACTLY what we needed and couldn't have been better. I was fortunate to work with the owner on check in and check out who was very friendly and took great care of us and our bags. It was quite rainy and a busy, busy Sunday near Penn Station with occupied cabs flooding the roads so I asked for her advice on the best spot to catch a cab quickly....she graciously shared her wisdom and I had a cab in literally 15 seconds.
