The Best Reuben Sandwich I've had in 40 years! It reminds me of the delicious, authentic Reuben sandwiches at Wagshal's Deli in Washington, D.C. The homemade tea and desserts plus the gracious Southern hospitality of the owners make this a hidden gem worth visiting and supporting.
First: I 100% want everyone to eat here, because the food is brilliant and real. This is basically a sandwich shop with additional coolers of prepared casseroles to bring home. The decor is a somewhat worn blend of whimsy and practicality, and it creates an ambiance. This is not glamour or understated professionalism.
