Bought a van off the lot. Test drove it and everything seemed fine. The only thing it needed was an alignment and they refused to do it. We bought the car any way. We were never offered an extended warranty. My guess is they knew the car had issues. Never paid their invoice for their company. Don’t do business with them. Below are pictures provided.
First time trusting an online big purchase. Loved the vehicle. Wanted to take the risk. Of course as I was dreading was lack of communication and customer support. Money paid, papers signed. No car. Finally car being delivered and there was an issue. Trying to get management to help a waste of time. Sell it and forget it.
