RecommendedMy first visit to SPV was a few weeks ago when my oldest Shih Tzu was very ill and she passed away. Dr. Morlino was so kind and gave me the sad information with great kindness. Dr. Morlino is both brilliant and kind.
We have been taking our family pets to SPAH for nearly two decades and I can not recommend them more. The staff cares about their patients deeply and Dr. Morlino has shown time and time again that she is willing to go the extra mile in service of their care. From the hamster that required having its abdomen drained every two weeks (even coming in on her day off the take care of him) to helping us say goodbye to a cat with an acute terminal illness, she has been a gift. I took my older Bijon (16) in for a lab test and an ear check. While she was there they checked her over well and reported a strong heart beat and said she didn’t look her age. They said that her cataracts could begin to cause her to be confused when waking up if she slept in the dark and that a nightlight could help prevent this. I took my mini Golden Doodle (Charlie) yesterday and was very impressed. He had a spa day and he was beautiful and everything had been done when I picked him up. He was scared and had not done this before and I know they were very patient with him. I look forward to returning.
