They don't just give it the routine in and out treatment, they actually carefully look at everything and give you the exact diagnosis you need, and won't gouge you on prices or recommend things that don't really need to be done. I honestly don't think the place I used to go would've even bothered going as far as Shorey's does. Plus they're honest, easy going people that make you feel welcome.

Best. Shop. Ever. I've been around -- Anchorage, Mobile, Richmond, Memphis -- have done my own work too, quite often. I told Mark about an intermittent no-start problem I've been chasing around my Jeep Commander for four years. Not only did he find the problem, but he took the time to explain it and even pulled the starter in to demonstrate it for me. Last week I made three new best friends...they are Mike, Mark and Tom (owner, shop mgr and mechanic) at Shorey Automotive, Topeka, KS. For the first time in my life I experienced car problems while driving long-distance. Thank goodness I was paying attention to the gauges and stopped to find an auto service shop that could service a Jaguar (which is not always easy to find)!
