Unprofessional, do not care to listen to the patients actual problem, no phone call back regarding labs. Rushed me out because they were closing at 9 and I arrived at 8:40, which has never been a problem at Henry Ford Urgent care. Spoke to PA for 30 seconds, she cut me off and told me she couldn’t help me nothing seemed wrong even though clearly I felt bad enough to go into urgent care. Will not be back

we LOVE this place. the entire staff is polite and attentive. it's occasionally a little slower once you're in your room if they are busy, but it's to be expected so you really have no reason to be mad.
I've been going here for almost six years now, I've never had an issue and always been given amazing treatment, plus they always call to check in a day or two after I've been seen
Waited 2.5 hrs just to see a PA. Pulse ox not working after trying it 4 times on my child. Dirty paper on exam table as we entered room. Staff changed paper with us in room and table was not even wiped down. The only positive was the staff was nice.
Went for a sore throat and congestion and was only given Flonase. Week and a half later and not feeling any better. Now I have to hope I can see my family doc to get meds because I’m still hacking my head off and now have a pulled muscle in my back. Thanks for nothing!!
Friendly & Professional. Dr Shramm is amazing!!
Waited over an hour to be seen by a doctor. Had to leave to go to funeral, came back only to have to wait another hour and left without being seen by the female doctor on duty. Only choose if you like waiting.
