RecommendedShores Event Center is a beautiful setting for an intimate wedding or party. It's also perfect for corporate trainings or other business events. My husband and I held a B2B meeting at Shores. Jason Alberty was a consummate host and bartender for us. His space was accommodating and attractive, and our guests were very pleased. Shores is a hidden gem in Iowa...the perfect place for any size event. Our small intimate wedding of around 30 guests felt every bit as important as it would be for 300. They helped us plan the perfect evening.
Our staff retreat concluded with the "Spy School" Escape Room. What an amazing experience! So much more sophisticated than I imagined; if it wasn't for my team, I'd be dead right now :). We had so much fun figuring it out. So many surprises and turns. Worked perfectly for seven people. And, it's very affordable. Worth every penny.
This is a wonderful event venue! We held a nonprofit fundraiser for Iowa Humane Alliance. Jason took time to go over the entire layout for the event with is ahead of time to make sure we had everything we needed. Everything was set up for us and ready to go on the night of the event. Very professional and helpful staff and a beautiful and flexible space. Thank you Shores Event Center! We highly recommend you!
