I have had issues with my upstairs tile flooring since i moved in 3 years ago. Shores Development has been out 6 times over the last 3 years and done temporary fixes to the grout line, which has been cracking in several areas since i have moved in. Peter said they would fix this issue. If they come out and permanently fix the rest of the cracking grout line, I will update this review. But for right now, they are not a reliable company and do not honor there word. Stay far away from Shores Development, they do NOT honor there... read more
If it were possible to give negative stars, I would! Still waiting for punch list items to be fixed. We moved in 5 months ago! I have emailed 14 times, my husband has texted/called/emailed just as much, but no one ever gets back with us. Finally have filed a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau. ALSO, there is no mail delivery to any of the houses. Shores blames USPS. USPS says Shores is responsible.
