I had a clinician NO-SHOW for our appointment, was CHARGED FOR THE APPOINTMENT that was missed, and in 3 days no one has bothered to return my emails, answering service messages, or phone calls to address the issue. 2 stars for benefit of the doubt that they'll acknowledge their mistake and refund me, otherwise it will be 1 star. updating soon.
