They’ve gone downhill since they switched from Thomas Optical to Shoreline Vision. I’ve been going to this location since I first needed glasses as a child and I’m sad to have to leave. I felt no hospitality. I was sent back into the waiting room while my eyes dialated and the staff was super unfriendly. I mentioned wanting to purchase a second pair of glasses online and was met with scoffs and negative comments. The best part about visiting this location is going to the donut shop next door after your appointment.
